I'll be going to Disney World the first week in March for my Honeymoon, as of now we have reservations at Port Orleans Riverside but are thinking about changing it to French Quarter, what are the pros & cons of these resorts? and which has better trans

    Hi Stephanie,

Congratulations on your wedding!  I hope you enjoy your honeymoon in Disney World as much as my husband and I did almost 15 years ago!

I absolutely love Port Orleans Riverside-it is my favorite Moderate Resort!  I love to stay in the mansions and Southern charm is at its best here.

Though I have not stayed at the French Quarter, I have been there - think New Orleans comes to Florida!  Perhaps slightly more romantic in the French Quarter.

If memory serves me correctly, only at the Magic Kingdom are there separate buses for each resort.  They are considered sister resorts and they share transportation.

Have a wonderful honeymoon and make sure to let cast members know as you never know what extra magic may be in store for you!
