I'll be booking a Disney package soon and I wanted to know if I will be able to pay on the package throughout the time period until final payment is due - like make monthly payments, for example. Is this possible?

Hi there, Tara! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by and allowing us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

One of my favorite parts of planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort is the amazing amount of flexibility! When booking a vacation package, you are able to customize just about anything ranging from which Disney Resort hotel you plan on staying at to how many days you would like to visit each theme park. There really is a vacation package available for every family’s needs and wants!

One of my personal favorite parts of booking a vacation package to Walt Disney World Resort is the ability to make payments on my balance! At the time of booking, you will pay a deposit that will go towards your total balance. After that point, you will have until 30 days prior to your arrival date to pay off the remainder of your balance. This gives you the option of either making smaller payments periodically or paying off your balance with one large payment. So, if you prefer, you can definitively make monthly payments towards your vacation package!

I personally prefer this method and will actually make a spreadsheet that has the details on how much I need to pay each month! Making payments is also incredibly easy! You may either make payments over the phone by calling Guest Relations or online through your My Disney Experience account.

I also have one final bit of advice for you before you book your perfect Walt Disney World Resort vacation! If you haven’t done so already, be sure to check out the “Special Offers” webpage for a list of special offers, deals, and discounts on Disney Resort hotel rooms and vacation packages. This list is updated periodically so it definitively pays off to check it prior to making your reservation!

I hope you have a fun time continuing to plan for your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please stop back by with any other questions you may have about planning your perfect trip!
