Do you have identification bands for children

    Hi Pamela,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy that you have joined us as you prepare for your upcoming magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You are visiting during one of my favorite times of the year, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! Get ready to enjoy seasonal flavors that you will think about straight until next year! Since you will be boarding a plane before you know it, let's get right to it.

As a Guest visiting from the UK, I hope you are excited to do a little shopping once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort because it sounds like you will likely want to purchase a Disney Band or the next generation of Disney Band upon arrival. These powerful accessories make your vacation a breeze! Open your Resort hotel door, enter a theme park, pay for select food and merchandise, and more with just a tap of your wrist. I'm happy to share with you that yes, they can even be made smaller for children by removing some excess rubber along a scored section. (It's simple when you see it!) You can find the perfect Disney Band for you at shops at your Resort hotel, in the theme parks, and at Disney Springs. You are sure to find the perfect color or character for you.

If you are interested in a more traditional identification band that has a static display of name, phone number, medical information, and other personal information, I have not seen a Disney product quite like that. Many companies produce these types of bracelets and I have personally purchased them from a company called Road ID for my children when they were younger. They even offer a little engraved tab that can slide onto a Disney Band, if you wish! We had many discussions with our toddlers about how to find a Cast Member if they were ever apart from us and how to show them their bracelet in case they were feeling a little shy. While I am glad it never happened at Walt Disney World Resort, it did give me a little extra peace of mind.

I hope that answers your question, Pamela. Come back and visit us with any other thoughts as you plan the perfect Disney vacation with your family. We love to help!

    Adventure is out there,

    Sally
