Any ideas for what to do on your first day at WDW. We arrive in Orlando before noon. I don't want to poop our 4 y/o daughter out on arrival day, want to get an early start in the AM and do Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique followed by CinderellasRoyal Breakfast.

Hi, Nicole!  If I ever want to give my kids a little dose of Walt Disney World, I head to Downtown Disney.  The kids love browsing the World of Disney shop, and they could play for hours in the fountains!  They also enjoy the Lego play area, and the little ones usually get a ride on the train or carousel that you'll find there (there is a fee for riding these things).  Another option might be a game of miniature golf, although my four year old isn't very good, so it's tough on her older sisters to have to play with her.

If you have passes for that first day, you might do a quick run into one of the theme parks - maybe just do the train ride at the Magic Kingdom around the entire park.  Your daughter will be even more excited about going the next day once she sees all there is she can do!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
