Any idea why there are no VIP tours for two weeks in March? Its the longest stretch of the year of no tours and I was so hoping to book one!

Hi there, Katie! I'm so glad you came to us with your question. We love it when the Disney Parks Moms Panel can come to the rescue!

I chatted with a Cast Member at Enchanting Extras today, and he confirmed that there are indeed blackout dates from March 15-28, 2020 on some of the VIP Tours, including Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour, The Ultimate Day of Thrills VIP Tour, and the Taste of Magic Kingdom Park VIP Tour.  He didn't give me a reason, I speculate that it's because March sees more Park guests due to Spring Break.

Not to worry, however, as I have a few suggestions for you, Katie! The first one is to consider taking a Private VIP Tour. These can be pricey, but if your budget allows, they are a top-notch experience. Tours can be arranged any day of the yEAR by calling Signature Services at (407)560-4033. Another fantastic option that does not have blackout dates would be the 7 hour Backstage Magic Tour. This one takes guests to three of the theme parks and whisks them away to backstage areas such as Creative Costuming. The tour also includes an exclusive lunch at Tiffins Restaurant.  If interested, call (407) 939-8687.

For some equally fun, but less expensive tours, I'd highly recommend Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour or the Walt Disney: Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour.  Both of these are available during your trip dates, but they book up quickly. If you have any animal lovers in your family, another idea to consider would be the highly-rated Wild Africa Trek in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. All of these unique access tours can be arranged through Enchanting Extras, and you can reach them at (407) 939-8687. Also, keep in mind that some of these tours offer a discount to Disney Vacation Club Members, Annual Passholders, and Disney Visa Cardholders, so if this applies to you, make sure to mention it when booking.

I hope this gives you a few ideas, Katie! If there's anything else you need help with, remember we're all EARs!
