    Any idea when the 2014 vacation planning DVDs will be available, or 2014 apparel will start being sold online? Thanks so much, this panel is wonderful!!!

    A Disney World Resorts vacation in 2014 sounds like a lot of fun! 

    Planning DVDs usually come out after January when the holidays are all over with and guests start planning their trips for the summer season. This allows Disney to add the latest holiday stuff into the DVD.

    I remember the first time we got the planning video was for our daughters' first trip when they were two and four. We watched it so they could get an idea of what we were going to do. My oldest daughter kept asking to see the "big egg" wherever we went. My husband and I are fairly knowledgeable about the parks and had no idea what she meant. Luckily, we visited Indiana Jones and the "big egg" as she happily shouted made its appearance as the boulder in the opening sequence.

    Merchandise will roll out later in the year as well as Disney may want to update styles and themes to go with the new year.
