HI Lynzee!
As a lover of Mexican culture, heritage, and food, I am a huge fan of Cinco de Mayo. Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that celebrates the date of the Mexican army's victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War on May 5, 1862.
The absolute best place to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Walt Disney World is
EPCOT. One can enjoy exploring the Mexico Pavilion, including the
Mexico Folk Art Gallery, dining at
San Angel Inn, and riding the
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros.
Disney Springs also has some great ways to celebrate, such as grabbing Birria Tacos and Quesadillas from
4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck. At
Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs, you can enjoy amazing Mexican food and drinks. I love the Mahi Mahi Al Coco and Blackberrita.
Paradiso 37 throws an amazing Cinco de Mayo party every year with live Latin music, 30 different types of tequila, and yummy chips and salsa, this is one of my favorites. After dinner, grab a margarita cupcake from
Sprinkles. Disney Springs also always has live entertainment, amazing music, and a fun atmosphere. I know you will have a great time there on Cinco de Mayo!
Magically,
Stacy
