I'd like to upgrade to a veranda stateroom on the Fantasy. What deck is the best? I'd like to stick to either forward or midship. Thinking about noise above or below. Any suggestions for best stateroom locations are welcomed. Thanks so much!

    Welcome back, Sonia!

Hooray for a verandah stateroom! While I've experienced sailing in many different stateroom categories with Disney Cruise Line, my favorite is always a verandah stateroom. My husband and I love that even if the kids are tired and fall asleep, we can still be there with them, but quietly outside on the verandah catching up together on our amazing day. In the morning it's the best though, because we adore waking up, pulling open the curtains and enjoying the best view at sea! The kids love to order breakfast from the complimentary Room Service menu and dine al fresco on the verandah while we take turns showering and getting ready for the day. You're going to love it!

I'd highly recommend a verandah stateroom on the Disney Fantasy midship on Decks 7 or 8. They're the most central, have nothing but other staterooms above and below them, and make it super easy to get around. My family and I always try to choose a midship, mid-level deck on the ships each time we sail, so I know you'll enjoy a stateroom in that vicinity as well.

Have so much fun planning, Sonia!
