Hello! I’d like to get a pass for the Senses spa at Saratoga Springs on my next trip. I will be alone with my 12 y/o daughter and 8 y/o son. Will they also be able to get day passes? Will my son be asked to separate from myself and my daughter?

    Hi Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are going to love Senses - A Disney Spa at Walt Disney World Resort. I try to visit at least once during my vacation. The staff is excellent, and it's so lovely to spend a peaceful few hours in the middle of a fun-filled holiday.

Both your daughter and son will be able to get day passes to the spa. Kiddos ages 4-12 are welcome to join their parents, but an adult must accompany them at all times. I chatted with a Cast Member who said that she thinks it will be fine for your son to join you in the treatment rooms. She suggested when you arrive, call the Front Desk at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and ask to be connected to the spa. From there, please verify with the staff that they are okay with your son accompanying you. He and your daughter are also more than welcome to participate in select spa treatments, so he might want to peruse the offerings!

When you finish your spa indulgence, the three of you should head over the bridge to Disney Springs. There is so much to see, and taste, and do! One of our favorite family activities is at Splitsville Luxury Lanes. We grab a lane, order food (the sushi is excellent!), put up the bumpers, and have a fantastic night bowling.

Amanda, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. We are always happy to help.
