Hey there, hi there, Cheryl! Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for popping in with your question.
Walt Disney World theme park
calendars are only extending through August right now, so I can't be terribly helpful when it comes to an October calendar. There are a few options with regard to
annual passes, so I don't want to assume which one you have, but you can
check out this calendar, where you can click the type of pass you have and see the blockout dates associated with that pass.
If you have the Florida Resident exclusive
Pixie Dust Pass, I can share with you that the blockout dates for that pass are weekends throughout October. The only other day in October blocked out is October 10th, which is Columbus Day. I do see that you had been planning to arrive that day, but if you have the rest of the week available, not only are there no other blockout dates, but there are still
theme park reservations available at all four theme parks.
I do hope you get to go and enjoy the parks on one of the other available days, Cheryl. It's a great time of year to see
EPCOT for the
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. You could also get tickets to the triumphant return of
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. That's a must-do event for my gang.
I hope this helps with planning your practically perfect visit, Cheryl.
