Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie.
It sounds like you've purchased Theme Park tickets to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I bet your excitement is soaring to infinity and beyond, right now. There's so much EARisdescent magic happening in each of the parks for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. From the
Beacons of Magic displays to the nighttime spectaculars,
Disney Enchantment, and
Harmonious. You're going to have a "practically perfect" vacation.
When Guests purchase Theme Park tickets through the Walt Disney World website, they are often linked automatically to the account through which they were purchased. To check if your tickets are linked, try to make your
Theme Park reservation. If it allows you to do so, your tickets have already been linked! In the words of Cogsworth, “If it’s not Baroque, don’t fix it.”
However, if your tickets are not automatically linked, you'll have to link them manually. If you purchased your Theme Park tickets from the
Walt Disney World website, then you should have received a confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations. In this email, you should find a barcode with a 12-digit ID number.
If you purchased your tickets from a third-party company, then they should have sent you an e-ticket with a barcode and a 12-digit ID number.
If you're still having trouble locating your ID number, Stephanie, then I'd suggest calling the "
Existing Tickets" team. A friendly Cast Member will be able to use all their expertise to figure out what's wrong.
I hope that's helpful, Stephanie. Have a wonderful trip!
ChEARS,
Mike
