Welcome to planDisney, Holly.
Can you believe that it's nearly time for your Walt Disney World trip?! As soon as you drive through that famous archway, you'll be able to “forget about your worries and your strife.” Make sure you enjoy all the EARidescent excitement that's on offer for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. Also, did you know that the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is currently happening? You'll love the gorgeous gardens and
terrific topiary displays. Check out the
delectable food and drink around World Showcase too. Believe me, it all tastes as good as it looks!
But before we go any further, let's try and figure out this issue with your tickets. I'm sorry that you're having trouble, Holly. The first I'd recommend is opening up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the screen and click on "Tickets and Passes." From there, select "Link Tickets & Passes" and enter your ID code.
If you've already tried that and you've had no luck, then try going through your internet browser instead. Visit the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over the
My Disney Experience logo. Click on “My Plans” and you'll be taken to a page that displays your plans. Next, select “Park Tickets” and it'll allow you to either Select Tickets or Link Tickets. Try linking your tickets again with your ID number.
If this doesn't work either, then it's possible that your tickets are already linked. This is often done automatically when you purchase your Theme Park tickets through the Walt Disney World website. To check if your tickets are linked, try to make your
Theme Park reservation. If it allows you to do so, your tickets have already been linked! In the words of Peter Pan, "Here we goooooo!"
If you try everything I've mentioned and you're still having problems, then Hakuna Matata! You can always call the "
Existing Tickets" team and a friendly Cast Member will be able to wave their magic wand and help you out.
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney, Holly. As we say in Liverpool, I hope you have a "belter" of a trip. I'm sure you'll create a few core memory days.
See ya real soon!
Mike
