Welcome aboard, Blanca! If you are a
Castaway Club member, that means you must have sailed at least one time before with Disney Cruise Line! But, if you have a second sailing coming up, be prepared for even more magic!
Disney Cruise Line issues Castaway Club cards once guests become Castaway Club Members (after their first sailing). The card isn't used for anything except for you to know your member number. You might be able to get a copy by calling the agents at the Castaway Club at (800) 449-3380, but honestly, you don't need the card for anything. Your number will be stored with your name in the reservation system, so it can be applied to any future cruise bookings you make. I've sailed many, many times, and have never had to show the card. In fact, I don't even know where mine is! When you book your sailing, be sure the Cast Member at Disney Cruise Line includes your member number and you're all set.
As you check in at the port terminal, you'll receive your Key To The World Card. This identifies your club level automatically, and that is all you'll need onboard. As a Castaway Club member, you can log into the
Castaway Club website where you'll be able to view your current club status, benefits, upcoming and previous cruises, and more. So, Blanca, don't worry about your card, especially since you have your number. If you ever forget your number, the agents at Disney Cruise Line can look that up for you. I hope you've got a magical cruise planned soon so you can take advantage of the benefits of being a Castaway Club member! We always look forward to the member gifts we receive in our stateroom, the early booking benefits, onboard discounts for upper level members, and the member reception onboard for upper level members. There is so much to enjoy!
Happy planning!
