Truly the best way to thank a cast member that has made your trip great is by sending a written note to their file. Positive guest comments can really help with reviews and promotions.

All guest comments should be directed to the Guest Communications Department. They can be reach through the mail at:

When sending a note about a cast member, be sure to include their name, where you saw them, and the approximate time of your encounter.
