It sounds like you have a
theme park ticket from a Southern California Resident Ticket Offer to use. Guests using these types of tickets are indeed required to show proof of eligibility. I reached out to Guest Services and was told that, unfortunately, the valid government-issued ID presented as proof of residency must have a Southern California address on it. I know that’s not what you were hoping to hear, so I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member at the
Guest Services phone line for Tickets. If you give them more specifics as to your situation and what you plan on bringing with you, I’m sure they can offer you more details on what, if anything, can be done. They can be reached at (714) 781-4636.
