Ahoy there, Kelly,
Welcome aboard planDisney! How exciting to have a
Disney Cruise Line vacation on the horizon!
I was just thinking about planning a Disney Cruise for 2025 myself so I did a little research that I’m happy to share with you. Disney Cruise line itineraries are usually announced about 15 months in advance so, the cruises we are hoping for will probably be released sometime at the end of this year. We will need to keep an eye on the
Disney Cruise Line website and the
Disney Parks Blog, since that is where the announcements are made first.
There is no real benefit to booking a cruise now with the intention of rebooking for a future cruise. Now, if we were on a Disney cruise today, I would recommend that we book what is called a
Disney Cruise Line Onboard-Only Offer, or “placeholder reservation,” which offers a 10% discount off prevailing rates for a future sailing. We could use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to book a placeholder reservation while on board. But alas, we are not on a Disney Cruise so we will keep that in mind during our next cruise!
So, Kelly, let’s watch out for those dates to be released and any
Special Offers that might be announced and I hope to see you sailing away in 2025! If you have any other questions about your future Disney Cruise vacation, please cruise back over and
let us know. My planDisney Disney Cruise Line specialist pals
Tracie and
Adrianna know all the best tips!
Wishing you smooth sailing,
Shannon
