Hello Kelly *o*
There is something about ice cream sundaes that brings a nostalgic feel to us all. Whether it’s sipping on a root beer float or sharing the classic Kitchen Sink, these sweet flavorful moments are truly the best.
At the moment, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop’s to-go window is closed and for how long we are unsure. It is highly recommended you make a dining reservation to enjoy the classic feel inside
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop or if you are in the area ask about the wait for the walk-up list. And do not fret if the wait is a little long, there is plenty of sites to enjoy around the Epcot Resort area. Take a stroll and build up your appetite for a well-deserved ice cream treat.
Dining reservations can be made on your My Disney Experience app and, if you are in the vicinity of Beaches and Cream, the app allows Guests to check the walk-up list for availability but sometimes talking to a Cast Member is best. All Walt Disney World Guests can make dining reservations up to 60-days in advance.
Around the corner and over the bridge is another option,
The Fountain located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. At the moment both table service and the to-go counter are available, to satisfy those insatiable ice cream cravings. If you are willing to head to Disney Springs, at
Marketplace Snacks, I had the scrumptious privilege to experience the DOLE whip nachos. This treat was a highlight on my last trip and a dessert that is most definitely best shared. But I, also, can’t leave out Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop or Häagen-Dazs Kiosk both worth the visit to
Disney Springs.
Thank you for bringing your sweet question to planDisney and may your spoonful of sugar make for some very magical and memorable moments at Walt Disney World.
