Hi there, Diana! Welcome to planDisney. Mickey and I are glad you're back with another excellent planning question!
Drinking lots of water is my number one survival tip for guests visiting The Happiest Place on Earth. I know all too well how getting dehydrated can turn a practically perfect day upside down. According to the
Disneyland Resort Property Rules, Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverages into the parks for self-consumption, provided they are not in glass containers. Hydro Flask water bottles are certainly allowed, and they are a great choice as they are designed to stay cool even after being in the sun for hours.
Here are a few more planDisney tips:
*You can always ask for a cup of ice water at any quick-service dining location.
*Refill your personal bottles at
bottle-filling stations at select locations throughout the parks. The Disneyland website has a great map that shows the location of these stations, and it also includes regular water fountains.
*While Disneyland Park has multiple water refill stations, the only one in Disneyland California Adventure is in Avengers Campus next to the archway entrance of the Ancient Sanctum.
*The
Baby Care Centers and
First Aid stations at both parks have water fountains with COLD filtered water.
I hope this advice helps you "go with the flow," Diana! Please write back if there's anything else we can do. Have a great time!
