I too have been working from home and it’s so important to have good internet service. I spoke to a Cast Member who told me all guests would have access to
complimentary Wi-Fi at the Resort. When it comes to cat 5 cable access, they will not be available in your Disney Resort Collection hotel room, but may be available at the
business center at your specific hotel. To be certain, check with the Front Desk.
