Hi moms! My husband and I have been to WDW numerous times throughout the years, and we finally get a chance to bring our almost 9 month old baby girl. My question is, does WDW participate in recycling programs? I would like to recycle her baby food jars.

In your hotel room, you will find two separate bins, one for garbage and one for recyclables. The mousekeepers at the resorts will make sure that the glass, plastic, and paper make their way to the appropriate place.

You won't find any special bins in the theme parks, but that doesn't  mean Disney doesn't recycle. I took the amazing Backstage Magic tour earlier this year and learned there that all of the guest refuse in the parks is hand sorted to pull out the recyclables. Really. So, when you're in the parks, feel free to toss those baby food jars in the regular bins. Disney will make sure that they're treated in an environmentally friendly way.

    Have a great trip!
