    My husband is a war veteran but he only served 8 years. Does he qualify for the military discount tickets?

    Hi there, Sasha!  Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney.

    Allow me to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation to your husband and your family for your service to our country.

    Disney Military Salute Tickets may be purchased at Walt Disney World ticket windows or through military base ticket offices by active or fully retired members of the U.S. military.  You can read more details about eligibility requirements for the Military Salute offer on the page I linked above.  Some base ticket offices also sell Walt Disney World Magic Your Way tickets, which are slightly discounted from the standard ticket price, and have different eligibility requirements than the Military Salute tickets.  If your husband's veteran status allows him access to the base ticket office or MWR, he may be eligible to purchase Magic Your Way tickets.  Check with your base ticket office for more details.  Military Magic Your Way tickets are not sold at Walt Disney World ticket windows or on the Walt Disney World website.
