    My husband wants to stay at Cont. because of the monorail & an upgrade from Caribbean BR last year. The more I find out about Wilderness Lodge I am really liking it! What are some thoughts and recommendations? Thanks for the help!

    Hi Jennifer,

    I stayed at the Caribbean Beach on my honeymoon and loved it!  However, upgrading to a monorail resort is a nice treat especially if you have little ones in stollers and will be visiting the Magic Kingdom a lot.

    But the Wilderness Lodge is like no other experience.  When I have stay there, I forget I am in Florida and not in the Northwest Territory!  It is absolute so serene and quiet.  They also have my favorite restaurant, Whispering Canyon, and the most unique pool.

    Though transportation would not be as easy as the monorail experience at the Contemporary, it is not difficult.  There are boats to take you to Magic Kingdom and then you will be on buses to travel to the other parks.

    I think either hotel will provide you with its own unique brand of pixie dust!
