My husband and I are wanting to visit WDW as close to our anniversary as we can - 25 Sept - we are a bit worried about the weather during Sept as we are travelling from South Africa. When does the Value Season normally end? We have to travel Value.

    Shendl,

If you want to check what season you might visit in, just go to the resort that you are considering and look at the "Room Types and Pricing" in the left navigation bar. There you will see selections for different seasons.

You should find that most all of September is what is known as Value Season 2. As for the weather then, it is gorgeous! September is the end of the rainy season in Orlando, but if you stick to visiting at the end of the month as you planned you should be fine. We were there last year at exactly the same time and had almost no rain at all. And the temperatures are great, because they are sunny and warm, but not the sweltering humid heat you would find at the height of summer. You can swim in the day, and don't need a jacket in the evening.

Please feel free to write back if you have any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
