Oh boy! Your wonderful enquiry about a fireworks cruise onboard the Grand 1 Yacht simply jumped right out of the water at me today, Ashley! This is because my own dear husband and I were lucky enough to have celebrated part of our 25th wedding anniversary with a cruise across Bay Lake, and
Seven Seas Lagoon onboard the very decadent and super swanky Grand 1 Yacht.
Whilst I'm sad to say that to the best of my current knowledge, the Grand 1 Yacht is not welcoming Guests onboard at this time. I do, however, note you've indicated that your arrival date at Walt Disney World Resort is for early March 2023, therefore I would certainly remain hopeful of its return to service perhaps by that time.
My best suggestion is for you to keep a keen Ear on the
Disney Parks Blog for any Disney-related news or updates, especially for anything pertaining to the possible re-launch of the Grand 1 Yacht.
As a wonderful alternative, you may wish to consider a
Specialty Cruise to enjoy either the
Disney Enchantment or
Harmonious nighttime
fireworks at Walt Disney World Resort. Each Speciality Cruise onboard one of the 25-foot long boats is suitable for up to 10 Guests, and similarly to the Grand 1 Yacht, is also accompanied by a knowledgable boat Captain. Additionally, I'm happy to say that included within the price, all Guests are amply provided with an assortment of delicious snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy.
Plus, to help you celebrate your 5th anniversary, festive banners and balloons are also included in the cost and can easily be requested at the time of booking.
