Hello Cecelia! Your trip will be here before you can say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! Are you too excited to sleep already? I know I would be. I have traveled to the Disney Parks with my children since they were as little as 3-months-old. I found that these trips were some of the easiest I have taken. Let me share some tips how to make your trip practically perfect with your infant daughter.
I love to be over-prepared for a day in the park, you never know what could happen. Bringing extra diapers, and change of clothes can save you a trip back to the hotel. I also like to bring both a stroller and a baby carrier. My children loved to stroll, but also enjoyed a little time out and about in the carrier, it was a great way to let them see all the sights, sounds, and smells of Walt Disney World from a different perspective. I also packed sunscreen, and a hat to protect that precious skin from the hot Florida sun. If you do forget something, or drop a pacifier while exploring the parks, you can find some baby care sundries for sale in the
Baby Care Centers located in each of the four theme parks.
Back at the hotel, I always brought my own sheets for the pack 'n' play crib. Having just a familiar smell may help a little one feel more at home. My babies were also light sleepers, I either brought a small sound machine from home, or downloaded a sleep sounds application on my smartphone and placed it near the crib.
I hope you have a terrific trip with your little girl. If you have any other questions about traveling with infants, please let me know. I would love to continue to help you plan your magical vacation.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
