    My husband and I are visiting the Disney area in just one week and are excited to be visiting Downtown Disney for the first time! We are bringing my daughter (15) and her friend (15). Is there somewhere in Downtown Disney that we can all go Dancing?

    Hi Kailee!

    Wow!!  Your trip is literally right around the corner!  How exciting that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World resort during Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival and Easter!  There will be so much to see and do, so make sure you make good use of your Times Guide!

    Downtown Disney is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner, dessert, a light snack and of course shopping!  With the huge (HUGE) World of Disney store, TrenD and the Days of Christmas store, one can do a bit of damage to the bank account!  Unfortunately, there is no dance club per se, nor a dancing area.  Your closest event to this might be the DJ Dance Party at the open air theater across from World of Disney.  The music is usually what you'd find on RadioDisney, and the dances vary from the Electric Slide to Cotton Eyed Joe.  It is mostly kids who are dancing, but its great fun to be an onlooker.  Sadly, the only other dance arena, Atlantic Dance Hall, at Disney's Boardwalk, is open to guest 21 and over, so that eliminates your younger guests.
