    My husband is a veteran and we were hoping to find a Disney hotel where we can stay and still enjoy the fireworks without too much noise. Do you have any recommendations or suggestions for us?

    Hello there, Alexis, and welcome!

    On behalf of all of us at planDisney, I'd first like to thank you and your husband for your family's service to our country. We hope that he felt honored and recognized on this past Veteran's Day. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to attend the Flag Retreat Ceremony in Disneyland Park's Town Square, where he will certainly be asked to "stand and be recognized."

    If you'd like to enjoy the fireworks that are a part of Disneyland Park's nighttime spectacular, my recommendation would be to consider Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. This property is currently being reimagined into the Pixar Place Hotel and their rooftop Pool Deck just recently re-opened and is available for Fireworks Viewing on select nights. The music and dialogue from the show are even piped in to the speakers, so you can enjoy the spectacle and the story! This property is also the furthest Disney Hotel from the fireworks, so hopefully the noise shouldn't be as loud.

    If you are open to staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel, I've had good experiences with each of the following properties. They all feature a rooftop lounge or restaurant (reservations required) where you can enjoy fireworks but without the accompanying soundtrack.
