My husband and I will be traveling to Disney the first week of November with my parents and our two boys, age 3 and 6. I have no idea where to start as far as planning our days and dining. Please help!

Hi, Kimberly!  The way I plan my days is based almost entirely on my dining plans.  We come up with a list of table service restaurants we want to enjoy, then I find out what days those restaurants are available.  If they are inside a theme park, I'm kind of committed to doing that particular park on a day I can get a table service dining reservation.

If you want to take advantage of extra magic hours, you might want to check the Walt Disney World theme park hours.  Some guests choose to build their days by making sure they can take advantage of the morning or evening extra magic hours.  These "bonus" hours are available only for Walt Disney World resort guests, and can give you an extra hour in the morning, or up to three hours in the evening.  It can really help give you the extra time  you need to do some of the most popular attractions!

So, make a list of the meals you think you don't want to miss, and begin by seeing what dates you can book for those first.  If you have pretty good availability at theme park restaurants, then factor in whether or not you want to do the extra magic hours.  Those are both good starting points when planning your days!

    Have an awesome time!
