    My husband and I just took our honeymoon there and spent a day in the Black Spire, We're huge star wars nerds. I bought a backpack from the Droid Depot and it's tearing. How Do I exchange this? I'm so crushed!

    Congratulations on celebrating your honeymoon on the exotic planet Batuu. My family and I have spent much time exploring Black Spire Outpost, sampling some of the local foods and sipping blue milk.

    The shopping at Droid Depot is out of this world! I'm so sorry to hEAR your backpack is tearing. To inquire about exchanging or returning an item, please call Merchandise Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477 or email merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. Be sure to have your receipt so you can provide all the necessary information, such as item number, cost, and transaction number. Provide as much detail as possible, especially when emailing. The Cast Member will be able to provide you with further details on the next steps.

    I hope you and your husband had a blast celebrating and plan to come back soon to experience my favorite attraction in all the galaxy- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It is mind-blowing!
