Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    My husband and three children are staying at WDW in April. We need to transfer from the Bay Lake Tower to the Beach Club half way through our 10 day vacation. What is the best transportation option to get from one Disney resort to another? Thank you!

    Hi Dawn,

    I have transferred to a new resort while staying at the Walt Disney World Resorts and it is so easy.  On the day you check out of Bay Lake Towers, simply call Bell Services and ask them to transfer your luggage to the Beach Club. You then only need to show up at the Beach Club and check in.

    You then go to the Beach Club to check in when you are done touring for the day or at a time which is convenient for you. Your room may not be ready until after 3:00 pm which is the standard check in time but Disney will try to accommodate you if they can.

    On the day of our transfer, we went to Blizzard Beach and then headed to our new resort. When we checked in, the cast member at the front desk arranged to have our luggage delivered to our new room.
