    My husband and I are taking our whole family to WDW Feb.24th- Mar. 3rd and I know the kids are gonna want to go to the water parks are they going to be open during that time? I'm from Ohio and the water parks up here are normally closed.

    Even in the coldest of months, Disney always has at least one of the two water parks open. What they do is typically close one down in the late fall (this year that is Typhoon Lagoon), then one in the early part of the next year. So November/December for the first, and January/February for the second. 

    My guess is that you will probably be visiting at a time where both are open, but at the very least you can be assured that Typhoon Lagoon will be available.
