My husband and I are taking a 2nd Honeymoon/Birthday trip to WDW in April. I wanted to get in as many character dining experiences as I possibly can. Do you think "Playhouse Disney's Play & Dine at the Hollywood Vine" is to "kiddy"

    Alicia,

Good for you! No better way for you two to have a great 2nd honeymoon than to allow yourselves to be kids, if only for a few days!

I think that Hollywood & Vine is a great Character meal. Admittedly all of the characters are front of mind for me, because I have a 1 and 3 year old who think they are the biggest TV stars on the planet. But for me it is still fun to see them, and I like the general ambiance.

The food is also very good, and offers up some tasty choices, especially for adult taste buds.

Would I go there if I did not have my kids with me? Well I think that of all the Character meals out there, they would rate highly on that list, and I might say yes. I certainly think that with the plan that you have in mind, that you should!

Have a Magical (and delicious) Vacation!
