My husband and I are taking our little girl to disney for the 1st time in September and would like to go to the Mickeys not so scary Halloween party. She will just be turning 1 at the time we visit, Is this something that she would enjoy?

    Hi Cheree,

How great to be planning your princess' first Disney World trip. My three boys have been visiting Disney World since they were infants and the memories of their first trips is something I will never forget.

We love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and the boys love dressing up and trick or treating throughout the park. The party is held at Magic Kingdom and most of the attractions are open for you to enjoy during the event. This means you will be able to enjoy numerous attractions like, It's A Small World, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan's Flight with typically shorter wait times. You will also be able to join in on special shows that are held on the party nights only. There is also a unique parade and fireworks show as well as a number of meet and greet opportunities.

Even as young toddlers, my boys were fascinated by all the lights, colors and sounds of the night. They loved to touch the characters and experience the attractions. Given her age, there will be no charge for her admission and you will have the ability to pick and choose the things you think she will like the best. I think it is a great idea to take her and I am sure you will all have a boo-tiful time.
