    Hi! My husband and I are taking our first Disney trip together in June. We planned it pretty last minute! We will enjoy the Basic Dining Plan. Are there any restaurants you would NOT recommend? Thank you! :)

    Ooh, interesting question Maggie! I haven't had a bad experience at any restaurants, although there are a few I wouldn't recommend using full service dining credits for. For example, I recommend paying out of pocket at the Plaza at the Magic Kingdom, and Sci-Fi Dine-In (lunch). The Cape May dinner buffet was ok, not fantastic, although we will try it for the character breakfast the next time. My daughter didn't love the dinner food at Ohana (Polynesian resort), and I will admit the meats were overcooked, but I would go again - the atmosphere is super fun and the bread pudding is fantastic!
