My husband and I are taking our daughter this November to WDW for the first time. She will be 13 months old when we go. What can we do with a baby her age. Can she go on the rides in Fantasyland?

Certainly!  Your daughter will be able to ride almost everything you can ride.  Disney is really great about including the whole family, so your daughter will have no shortage of suitable rides and attractions to enjoy.

My own daughters have been going on Disney vacations since about 3 months of age, and we've taken them on everything we could right from the start.  Classics like Pirates of the Caribbean and Peter Pan's Flight, and more adventurous rides (for a toddler) like Buzz Lightyear and The Haunted Mansion.

We've never had any problems, but if you have any specific concerns then just speak to the Cast Member at the attraction's entrance.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
