My husband and I are taking our daughter (7) to DW 8/20-8-/29 staying at A of A mermaid suite with Deluxe ddp. I don't see any full service restaurants on site at this resort for breakfasts..My family is big on breakfast! What do you suggest?

    Hi Heather,

I'm a big breakfast gal too. Bacon! Bacon! Bacon!

You are correct that there is no table service restaurant at the Art of Animation resort. However, I can tell you that the Landscape of Flavors quick service restaurant at AoA is fantastic. It's my favorite quick service in any of the resorts. You can get all the basics: eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, French toast, fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. Additionally there are many unique and fun selections such as tandoori potatoes, a custom smoothie bar, made to order omelets, Portuguese sausage, guava pastries, and more.

If you're looking for even more options, you're welcome to eat at any of the other resorts' table service or quick service restaurants or any of the restaurants in the parks. When my daughters were in elementary school we did LOTS of character meal breakfasts. Many of these are buffets or all-you-care-to-eat experiences with beautiful and bountiful spreads. I'm hungry just thinking about it. With a 7-year-old daughter, I'd plan to make reservations for at least two character meals during your stay. Chef Mickey's is a classic choice and girls usually love the princess meals at Cinderella's Royal Table and Akershus.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
