Hi Amy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited that you are planning to get away with your husband for an anniversary trip at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you are going to have a lot of fun, but the baby will be on your mind as well. I have visited the Disney Parks when I was nursing all three of my children so I have some experience. I am happy to help you out.
You will find a mini-fridge located in your room at
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort,
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort or
Disney's All-Star Music Resort. This fridge does a great job keeping items cool, but it is not cold enough to freeze items and does not have a freezer section. There is no freezer at this Resort that Guests can use. If you are driving my suggestion is getting a large cooler and keeping it filled witch ice from the ice machines down the hall. This cooler could be transported back home with you and then the milk transferred to the freezer. Another option would be to switch to a Resort that would offer a full size refrigerator with freezer such as
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or a 1 bedroom villa at
Disney's Old Key West Resort. I have also seen companies online that will ship refrigerated breast milk home overnight for a fee. One such company is Milk Stork. It's worth a look if you are going to be gone quite a while.
Amy, please take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers in each theme park. They offer nursing rooms complete with outlets to use while you pump. I also suggest bringing a small soft sided cooler into the parks to keep your milk at a correct temperature while you enjoy the theme park. Cups of ice can also be requested for the cooler at any Quick Service dining location.
I hope this has helped offer some ideas. If you think of anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. Lending a helping hand to fellow Guests is what we enjoy most.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
Jen
