Husband and I will be staying at POFQ for our 25th anniversary we are wanting to know what room amenities there are such as irons or ironing boards refrigerator or microwaves etc.

    Hello Stacie,

Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary!  My husband and I spent our 15th anniversary at Walt Disney World and we thought it was the perfect way to celebrate.  In fact, we also stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter!  Not only is it our favorite Moderate Resort Hotel, but it's also a great choice since it's such a quiet and romantic setting.

The standard room amenities here include a small refrigerator, coffee maker and supplies, telephone with voice mail, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, TV and remote, ice bucket, hair dryer, alarm clock/radio, toiletries and complimentary WiFi.  A few other nice features you'll find in the rooms include a table and 2 chairs, a ceiling fan, a rack for hanging clothes, a retractable line in the shower for drying wet items, double vanities in the bathroom and a curtain that can be closed to separate the bathroom area from the rest of the room.  While there is not a microwave available in the room, you can find one in the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory Food Court.

I hope that helps with your planning, Stacie, and wishing you a practically perfect vacation celebration!

    Beth

P.S. Don't forget to pick up your "Happy Anniversary" buttons when you arrive!  You can find those at the front desk when you check in, at Guest Relations at any of the theme parks and at many of the shops (ask at a cash register).
