My husband & I saw a video about WDW and there was a segment about Lucky the Dinosaur. We're really interested in seeing him and our daughter (age 3) would absolutely fall in love with him. Will he be at WDW anytime soon? We will be there in August.

I was able to meet Lucky in New York City at the World Science Festival in New York City last summer. I spoke to one of his Imagineer handlers about whether Lucky would be returning to WDW. The answer is, unfortunately, not anytime soon. He's a world-traveling dinosaur and is off visiting Disney parks throughout the world and making other special appearances. There's always some possibility that he could be back, but my impression was that he was otherwise occupied for the foreseeable future. I would not expect to see Lucky during your trip.

If you daughter is a dinosaur fan, you should definitely take her to the Animal Kingdom. There is a wonderful "dig site" where children can hunt for dino bones, as well as several dinosaur themed rides and attractions.
