My husband and I are retired and are going to visit the park the end of Jan 09. We have our hotel reservations already and are only going to be spending one day at one of the parks. We can't decide on Epcot or Hollywood. What would you recommend for us?

This is a tough one. DHS does have many fun shows, but I think I'd choose Epcot for you. I've been to WDW several times with my parents (mid-60s) and Epcot is their favorite. They love going on the very relaxing Soarin' and the fun and education Living with the Land ride. They also like the Universe of Energy and Test Track.

But most of all they enjoy walking through Epcot's World Showcase area. A stroll around the World Showcase is like visiting 11 different countries in an afternoon. I love checking out the movies and exhibits which teach about each country. Mexico and Norway have fun boat rides. And all the countries have great stores which feature products from their native lands. I particularly enjoy the department store in the Japan pavilion -- lots of beautiful tea sets and kimonos. And you can't forget the best part of the World Showcase -- the FOOD. Every country has wonderful restaurants and snack stands. You can have pastries in France and fish and chips in England. Yummmy!

Hope you have a great trip!
