Hi, My husband is retired from the USMC, are we still eligible for the military discounts on hotels? Thank you.

    Hey Paulette!

First, let me thank you and your husband for your service to our country. It is great honor to be able to answer your question about the perk offered to our current and retired military personnel.

Currently, resort and theme park ticket special offers are available to active and retired members of the U.S. Military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions about the special offers for members of the U.S. Military or any other aspect of your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me. Also, please check out my Disney pal, Amiyrah's page on the Disney Parks Moms Panel. She is a current member of the Air National Guard and gives lots of great information on military packages.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
