My husband and I are FL residents. We turned in our one-day passes at the gate and paid the difference for annual passes. How come our annual pass says it's expiring in seven months?

    Hi Leslie!

Your annual pass should expire one year from the date the pass was purchased.

Did you happen to renew an existing annual pass? If so, that may explain why the expiration date is seven months from now. The renewal policy states that an Annual Pass starts the day that your old pass expired, even if you let several months lapse from the time your old annual pass expired and the day you renewed. Therefore, if your old annual pass expired in January, and you renewed in May, your expiration date would be January the following year, not May the following year.

If this is a completely new Annual Pass and not a renewal, then you should contact Disney Guest Services at 407-939-6244 to better understand the specifics of your Annual Pass.
