Hi. My husband has purchased two tickets for himself and I and he can see both his and my ticket on his Walt Disney World app. I cannot see my ticket on my app and I cannot link my ticket by scanning or manually typing in code. Help!

Hi there, Bianca! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear that you and your husband will be traveling to Walt Disney World Resort soon! But oh, bother - I'm sorry that you aren't able to see your ticket on your My Disney Experience app. Let's take a few steps together and see if we can turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage!

    • It's great that your husband is able to see both tickets in his account! First, let's make sure that this second ticket is assigned to you. To do this, open the My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Then, tap Tickets and Passes. He should be able to see both tickets here. If one is assigned to you, that's great! If not, he should see an icon that says "Reassign Ticket" under one of the tickets, where he can assign it to you.
    • Is your husband managing the plans for both of you? If he is, he may need to share these plans with you. This can also be done through the My Disney Experience app! Once again, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down a bit and tap "My Profile." Here, he can toggle over to Family & Friends List and should be able to see your name and his name. If the words, "Plans Managed by Me" are listed under your name, then he can take the next steps to share these plans with you. Tap your name, then tap "Send Email" to send an email to the address that's associated with your My Disney Experience account. This should be able to help you view and co-manage your plans.
    • If the above steps didn't work, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to a Cast Member. My favorite way of doing this is through the Chat feature in the My Disney Experience app. Just tap Chat With Us and leave a message describing your situation, and include your email address and any reservation numbers so the Cast Member can quickly help you. You could also try to call a Cast Member or send an email if either of those options works better for you!
    • Don't forget to also make theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to visit your desired parks during your visit.
I hope I was able to give you some next steps to point you in the right direction, Bianca! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
