Hi! My husband purchased tickets for Disney World. I also have a Disney account. I added him to my friends and family list so we can each see our reservations, etc. once he accepted I only see his ticket for each day. How can he allow me to see all tickets

Hi there, Audrey! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! I hear you're headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth and I couldn't be more excited for you! It sounds like you're trying to put the finishing touches on your plans, including adding to your Family & Friends List and sharing planning with your travel party. I'd love to help you take the next right steps so you can view your tickets!

    • First, have your husband double-check his My Disney Experience account and make sure that he's assigned one of the tickets to you. To do this, have him log into his account online, hover his mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. He should be able to view your name listed next to one of the tickets. If not, he'll want to make sure he links your ticket to his account and assigns it to you!
    • Next, you may need to wait a day or two for your My Disney Experience account to reflect all of your shared plans, including your tickets! As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time!" Try logging in again and refreshing your account to see if you're able to view your tickets.
    • Finally, try looking for your tickets in your My Disney Experience app. To do this, log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and swipe to see all the tickets that have been linked to the Guests in your travel party. You can try pulling down on the screen to refresh it, then check to see if you can view your tickets!
    • If the above steps didn't work out for you, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who can sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your situation! They'll be able to help you view and link your theme park tickets. If you decide to call a Cast Member, I have two tips for you. First, try calling right at 7:00 AM EST when phone lines open. Second, have a little extra patience! Cast Members do their best to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! Since their type of magic has recently been in high demand, I'm sure they'll warmly welcome a friendly voice and a little kindness.
I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust, Audrey! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. And remember - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
