    My husband purchased the memory maker package. He didn’t scan the photos at the princess meet and greet, but I did. Our accounts are linked, is there any way to send the photo pass photos to his account?

    I'm so glad to hear you recently had a chance to hold audience with royalty at Walt Disney World Resort. Each Disney princess is unique but they all have an innate ability to connect with our hearts. My daughter's most memorable princess interaction occurred at Ariel's Grotto in Magic Kingdom Park. Ariel asked her what she liked most about being human and my daughter's eyes glistened as she shared stories with one of her biggest role models.

    From dining with her royal highnesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall to receiving warm hugs at Princess Fairytale Hall, Disney PhotoPass photographers are there to capture your magic moments. I understand your husband has Memory Maker linked to his My Disney Experience account, which includes unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass media that appear in his account. Memory Maker includes PhotoPass images captured by up to 25 members of his Family & Friends list, which includes you, so here are the steps to ensuring your pictures appear in his account:

    1. Click "Settings" next to your husband's name on your Family & Friends list and make sure that the toggle that allows your husband to view your Disney PhotoPass photos is selected. You'll know it's selected if it shows the color green.
    2. When your husband views photos in his My Disney Experience account, he should make sure the "Include Family & Friends" tab is selected. The default setting is for "My Photos," which will not include your princess photos. Alternately, in the My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's home page > Photos), make sure "Include Family & Friends" is selected at the top.
