    My husband and I purchased annual passes this year for the first time. I have tried to register our passes online but have been unsuccessful. It doesn't work when I type in the last section of #'s on the card. We are DVC Members.Would like to renew online

    Hi Carol,

    Welcome home! I hope you have enjoyed using your annual passes at the Walt Disney World Resorts with your Disney Vacation Club (DVC) membership.

    If you used your DVC membership to purchase the annual passes, you need to call Member Services at 800-800-9800 to have them renew the passes for you. Because you received a discount, the online system may not be able to handle the discount online.

    If you purchased your tickets from another source, call Disney Tickets at 407-939-1289 and have them assist you in renewing your tickets.
