    Hello Deidre,

It's so exciting to be bringing your two year old to the Walt Disney World Resort.  The choice of accommodations can be overwhelming and the Moms Panel is here to provide expert advice based on our years of vacation experience.

I traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort with my grandson when he was two years old and I can highly recommend Disney's Boardwalk Inn for toddling around.  The vast expanse of the actual Boardwalk will provide your son with LOTS of room to work out those little legs and can be fun for Mom and Dad, too.  In addition, Disney's Boardwalk Inn has an area outside of the lobby called the Village Green which is a magnet for all kids wanting to jump, run and play.  The grassy area is quite soft and will cushion your little one if his legs are still a bit unsteady.  Near the main pool, there is a small playground with slides, swings and climbing apparatus perfect for two year old explorations. To cool off after all that playing, you are steps away from the kiddie splash pool complete with an elephant spraying water from his trunk.

Disney's Boardwalk Inn is also within walking distance of Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Boat transportation to these parks is also available for a tired two year old and his parents.

I hope this information was helpful.  We'd love to see you back at the Moms Panel if you have any more questions about your upcoming trip!
