My husband and I are planning on taking our son to Disney World for his 5th birthday. What time of year is the best to visit and what is the child care and kids activities like? Also how much do you recommend having in a daily spending budget?

    Hi Jana!

The best time of year to visit is January, after New Years, late April, September, early November and early December.

The child activity centers at the resorts are wonderful! Parents can enjoy a nigh out while the kids play and are engaged with a wide variety of activities with Cast Members.

There are also tons of kids activities or families to do together, such as games at the pool, tie-dying t shirts, making your own ice cream and dance parties.

The daily budget is highly variable depending upon what you want to experience. I recommend buying the Disney Dining Plan to alleviate some of the pressure of a daily budget, as your food will be paid for.

    Magically,
    Stacy
