My husband and I are planning to invite our family to spend a week with us at Disney World to celebrate my 30th birthday in January 2011. There will be a total of 11-13 adults and 7 kids (ages 15months-9yrs). Are there any discounts for larger parties?

Happy birthday! (It's a little early, I know, but you can never have too many good wishes.)

There are special things that can be done for larger groups traveling together. You can find the page about larger traveling parties HERE. The information that might be of most use to you is:

Travel parties with at least 8 Guests over the age of 3 staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may purchase a Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings vacation package. A Magical Gatherings planning specialist will help you coordinate accommodations, as well as make your reservations for dining, recreation and special experiences. You may also choose Grand Gatherings, unique dining and entertainment experiences that can be booked up to 180 days in advance. For more information, call (407) 934-7639.

You can get started with your planning by calling the phone number above. They will be able to help you with any group packages.

    Enjoy your celebration!
