My husband and I are planning on driving to Disney in our motor home with our 3 kids and my mother. We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and was wondering if it would be possible to keep our motor home in the parking lot?

    Carrie,

Just called the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and they said that yes, you can park a motor home in the resort parking lot. Dependent upon size, they may ask you to use select lots, but you should not have a problem doing so.

I would suggest that before your stay you call them and let them know your vehicle size and duration of stay. That way they can expect you, and you can confirm that they will not need you to place in in a far-away lot. Ask to be transferred to the Security Department, as that is who would handle it.

Also, I assumed you were not having someone stay in it during your visit. If that is not the case, you should call them and discuss that too, to make sure if it is allowed.

    Their phone number is 407-938-3000.

    Have a magical vacation!
